@Jeremy Turner, Ya, i have been very cautious with what i want to do with my savings, i have been kinda crushed a little lately with the downtrend in crypto as i had been investing that way and been doing great for over a year, but right now im just holding for the swing back up (hopely), most of my bitcoin was valued around the 9k mark so im down about 30%, but i do have some alt coins that are offsetting that amount greatly, so im nearly balanced out on what i have into crypto, so i could get out now and probably break even, but i have hopes of it heading north again. 

Got an app for an apartment today that didn't make enough, but here's the deal. rent is $1650, x36 (1/3 income for rent) is $59,400 required income. He just started a Federal job at GS-7: $47,374, and will make GS-9, ...

Hi folks - I am looking to make an investment in a long term buy to rent, looking at around the $200-250k purchase price mark , ideally a lower mtce townhouse, or condo, and looking for capital growth and solid returns with young professional tenants.

Now, one could argue that if you removed the financing component from home purchases, the market value of properties would be markedly lower, and I wouldn't disagree with that.

That is pretty funny about hitting submit and getting those calls, except now you be wondering why you ever hit that button.

Should I budge some numbers around to make it work or continue to stick to the line and wait till a deal hits the mark?
