When it is breaking HW waves generally have more juice. 

I suspect that's the best way to squeeze out the most juice......renting for higher rates to large groups in advance, and if we aren't booked in advance, renting the individual units separately last minute.

I am in Elmwood Park, maybe we can grab a fresh juice or shrimp, one day.

But if you have plenty of cash, this is a fairly low risk way of juicing your returns to 8.75% from 5% plus getting a nice, stable Manhattan house that will never lose value long term.Other people have covered the other reasons to buy Manhattan property.. but there is huge opportunity with the poorly managed buildings (and a lot of the walkups are).

The way you game this is to juice up individual sales amounts on each individual discrete contract.

1.When you look at the additional $50' ish you can make by doing the cleaning yourself, I personally do not think the "juice is worth the squeeze".

The grapes not make a huge mess, but I actually picked a lot to make juice & jam, but they still make a mess for what I didnt pick.

Wondering if anyone has done this, and if the juice is worth the squeeze to invest more to possibly turn my bad investment into a good one.
