If there is a problem, the software admin (me) can move them to another spot remotely.As far as checkin/checkout verifications, the software also specifies this, and the general plan is to use security cameras, and/or one part time staff (used for things like emptying trash and cleaning common areas, like restrooms) for verification when needed.The rating system (owner to guest, and guest to owner), like Airbnb, makes sure that everyone behaves, or they won't get the opportunity to host or rent again.This particular property that I'm considering also has a income producing lodge, and would need a regular cleaning person anyway.

And, don't forget that some parks will have a "peak" season, "shoulder" season, and an "off" season, all with different rental rates and historic occupancy, particularly if the park is in a location that caters to snow birds.If the park does not have long term tenants like described above, then you have more of a "rolling stock" park and it will behave much differently.

Mostly I spend much more than I used to and do not really know why we spend so much (we do donate more but that is a small percentage of our monthly expenditures).So I do not behave as though I am set for life except for possibly on the amount we spend.I thought of retiring from my W2 job this year but did not.

Paul,It ties back into my earlier statement that credit behaves best in an unrequited relationship.I've been known to purchase big items using a credit card to trigger the card kick-backs (air miles, cash back) and then paying the card-off when the bill comes due.
