BP prides its self on being anti-guru but then they bring out these successful real estate folks and they use the BP platform to give themselves credibility.  

Talk about the city being anti-business, anti-investment, anti-growth.Who in the right mind is going to invest in this type of business climate that is pro tenant and anti-landlord?

Too specialized, oxygen, electrical, plumbing, lead covered walls behind sheetrock, anti-static floor, air filtration, the list goes on.

If they come back with a lower price after the inspection, I'm calling other agents that recently showed the house to see if their buyers are interested.I'm not "anti-inspection".
