Thomas S may say you can get your rent.. but this is different..Ultimately you are in control of your building because your going to be held responsible for whatever decisions you make.Make the right one. protect your building, safety first. and Florida shelters are still operating so people do have alternate places to go. until all is safe. 

I hope to have a few days in Oct to get there and meet some folks that can do the work but last time I tried this in July, I had 5 GCs lined up to meet me over a 2 day time span I was in the atea and none of them showed up wasting my time and ultimately stalling the projects.  

I called a few lawyers and ultimately hired one for $90.

At this point in time you have lost a lot of time and will ultimately lose a lot of money.

I'm wondering if the homes that survived the hurricane become more desirable in these situations or if values come down on all RE regardless?

The pay off could be...it is ultimately 12 times more profitable.

@Nettles Mason I have not found the ultimate solution- I literally made a mind map today to map out the phases of trying to get it though.

Why would you show properties to people who ultimately might not even be qualified to rent the property.Good luck.
