The broad plan can be broken down into three primary functions.

There are certain expectations for what to expect in Bucktown & it's less than what you've projected as an owner-occupant, but an opinion on whether it's a good investment or not is really a function of your own targets. 

I can't tell you much about the features because I used it for it's bare bone functions only.  

Both parcels have been PERC tested and have functioning wells on them.

A SAFE offering for early stage capital is an option and functions largely like a note. 

Attend local RE associations and meetups (once group functions are allowed again), and meet people doing what you want to do.

I assume all of them have a built in functionality to edit minimum stays so that if you get july 1-8 and July 9-10, you can open yourself up with a single nigh t(if someone really wants to waste their money on that).

Some of these functions have moved to bigger stores or are popular in malls too.

Hopefully we will be functioning at 100% in the next week or two. 

Also, in your response, let me know if you have used only the one you recommend or if you have used multiple, or even if you have a friend/colleague who uses a different software and has given you a review on that particular software.Pricing is always important, but functionality/usability is more important.I am trying to get up and running by June 2020.
