I seldom compiled reports for private lenders and only a few were cash buyers. 

As you will see from data I just compiled, where it lags in terms of median price and days on market, Fountain makes up for in key areas such as sales price to list price ratio, where it has been at a solid 100% from Jan 2016 - Jan 2017.

I don't think anyone is going to compile a list for you.

There is no pre-compiled list.

Here are a few items I would like to find resolutions to:1) Estimating/organizing rehab and material costs during a walk through2) Creating scope of work time lines and schedules3) Organizing/compiling a "TO DO" list from start to finish of each project (including submission of financials, estimating ARV, creating a budget, getting keys made, a list of subs and inspections to schedule, etc, etc, anything and everything that might be important and potentially forgotten)4) Recommendations - anything that you use that you think helps save time and increase organization, helps budget, etc.

Would it be a better idea to build my list from the most recent filed leads or could I perhaps start from the beginning of the year and just compile all of that for my list?
