I just came from Bill Gatten's 2.5 day workshop and was curious if anyone else out there has had success with the system.

It was a promotional seminar and I had registered for the real workshop coming up in Oct 23, 24, 25 plus got a free tablet with all kinds of useful real estate resources and tools pre-loaded into it.  

You will find a wealth of information here.Also be sure to check out the following local REIA groups.http://ntarei.com/ This group has a general meeting once a month and hosts a lots of workshops for a small fee.

A couple months ago I decided to focus on learning about RE investing, and start reading books, including Brandon Turner’s No (and Low) Money Down, completed class such as Ben Leybovich’s CFFU, went to some seminars and workshops in Seattle, and still learning and searching for a deal, but the more knowledge I gain the harder it gets to get a good deal.

The next day, on the 19th, I'll be hosting a commercial real estate investing workshop in San Jose as well.

@Alex Deacon has workshops for new investors and I think one is coming up on February 10th.

Good day all,My wife and I attended the Scott Yancey workshop this past weekend and no we did not pay the ridiculous amount of money for the mentoring.

There are plenty of local organizations that hold monthly workshops and networking events that would be super helpful to you

I attended FB 3 days workshop.

We have signed up for the workshop but we don't have $25k+ to get into their mentoring program.
