It would be the largest undertaking thus far and that is why I am somewhat hesitant.  

I'm super fired up about it and am undertaking the task of "understanding my market;" which is Tucson, AZ, by the way.To me, understanding my market means knowing what a 3/2 rents for compared to a 2/1, what a house in West University rents for compared to a house on the south side, what a 4 plex costs per door compared to a duplex, and the like. 

And I found another company that will do it, but they're not rated by AM Best so I'm not sure how stable they are.All the agents I called told me that the companies wouldn't do the liability part because it was too risky, they would be on the hook not just for something that happened at the house but whatever business ventures the LLC undertakes.

I am 27 and my fiance is 25, he is a property maintenance manager and I'm a graphic designer so we are thinking of getting started with house flipping.Any advice would really be appreciated, and thanks again to BP for all the advice and inspiration!

I unfortunately do not have a credit score yet as all my business ventures have been out of my home doing graphics and I unfortunately hadn’t invested in a credit card to be building that up.
