If you want to make money in Orlando, and I mean REALLY make money, you need theme rooms and self management (or low cost boutique management from a self manager that takes on a few extra homes). 

I would like to transform 2-3 bedroom to super hyper Disney themed. inclusive of slide bunks, wall wrap, lighting, sound etc. has anyone done this and give insights as to the general cost?

We need someone to create Disney theme rooms, and game area.

Theming/gameroom/theaters is priority #1. 

A lot of common themes keep appearing such as Florida, specifically Orlando and Jacksonville being hot markets with high pop. increase?

The underlying advice theme suggested on here is to do what they do where they do it.  

The themes above relating to "going after the low rates instead of service" are really key.

You could decorate with inexpensive cabin themed furnishings.
