@James Nix I am looking to house hack on my next military duty station but I am currently just trying to get my first deal under my belt.

I’m originally from Colorado but currently stationed in Boston, Ma with the Coast Guard.

But if you think those worries are overblown OR can integrate electric charging stations OR automated taxi stand waiting center.

@Kevin Urena One thing to keep in mind is that there is a planned extension of the PATH train to the south ward near the Weequahic section so buying on a good block near that planned station could be a good long term bet.

I was stationed at Hurlburt Field the past four years and invested in the local area, purchasing MFHs.  

Our newest acquisitions are in the Space Coast of Florida, which is where my husband was stationed with the Air Force (at Patrick, AFB).  

I work for a general contractor but also constantly looks for opportunities to meet contractors...gas stations...doing work around the neighborhood...Instagram.

As far as where I'm looking is really anywhere central Texas but lately, it has been in the Bryan-College Station area.
