I am currently transitioning out of the US Army and looking to get my Real Estate License when I move back to SC at the end of this month.

I do have a full time job currently and I'm also attempting to transition my career into the retail real estate industry, so time isn't necessarily abundant for me.

I'd like to be able to do a "value add" of having a Welcome Basket to greet my guests, but I'm trying to figure out how to make sure it will go smoothly as I can't be there to create it each time.

In the interim, I halfway thought about trying to approach the one lady that I exchanged words to try to smooth things over, but I don't know if that will resolve anything at this point.

Hi @Hoseah Njuguna, the experience with PenFed was very smooth.

Seniors (ready to downsize or transition to assistance) and Homeowners with low Financial Stabilility Scores (FSS) are 2 that haven't been over-used.

However most people I know are flipping to eventually transition into buy/hold.

When an employer transferred me to a different facility 30 miles away once, I was able to transfer to another apartment with the same landlord to be closer to my new job (the cleaning deposit transferred smoothly and the 30-day notice to vacate was waived).
