I have adjusted my expense estimations upward, so the numbers are less sexy but still good (more an average of $250/door/month cash flow).

I think you should be able to swing that after a down payment and cash to close number like this:The inherited property tax bill isn't going to be so sexy outside of California where Prop 13 lets it be transferred parent to child.
