Keep calling till you find someone who will be able to help you.It takes a lot of time but you can find some golden person.

Everyone thinks that their way is the only way and many forget we are in a membership trying to help each other out.Diane, there is a lot of nonsense on BP just like in any learning platform but there are golden nuggets and truths buried in some of that nonsense. 

I've met and dealt with more licensed agents who know less about real estate than my 2 year old golden retriever.

Even the advice you get in the discussion forum is good advice.... there are a few rude people  but hey the good out weighs  the bad........In conclusion Never give up and the golden Never say this wont work ask yourself how can I make this work .

But most importantly... in having a willing private lender you are sitting on a golden goose.

There is nothing that comes close to the Golden Bee sing along anywhere in Denver. ;-)

Read some books like greatest salesman, golden rule and think and grow rich.
