Here is to a speedy resolution!

Sometimes title companies want a copy of your operating agreement to make sure who can sign for a deal.If your operating agreement says all members have to agree to a deal you can still have a resolution signed by the members to allow only one to sign documents for a specific deal.

I do this with the couples that I counsel with all the time and it helps them move past the arguements and towards resolution.

If I'm your contractor in this situation and you bring me the solution, while I'd be slightly embarrassed In the moment, I'd welcome the amicable resolution and move on.  

Non-emergencies get responded to within 72 hours not the next day, and resolutions to non emergencies get scheduled at your convenience after the 72 hour window to respond.

Question: after knowing all of this, what do you think is a fair resolution or rent for the home in this condition?

Either way I hope you get whats owed and you get resolution to this mess!

I would talk to the tenant and try to find a resolution, otherwise eviction is probably your only recourse.

A clean break from the situation is a nice resolution.
