That business is almost a loss leader for real estate companies.

I will pay for that meeting and all the specialist, but it is better than buying the place then finding out i can not do anything with it except find a school or religious group to lease it, because that's all it can be right now.

I don't agree with his suggestions for investments or his religious views but he gets the basic psychological reasons that put people in situations like yours and his method seems like a good way out.

Does the team leader also help clients sell/buy houses?

Despite their history in regards to civil rights, they now have a black mayor and they did finally convict the KKK leader of killing those civil rights activists about a decade ago.
