It's more important for this project to succeed than I can tell you.I know any investor is going to want to see detailed business plans and drawings for the project's design, but I certainly can't afford to hire an architect to draw up a layout.In short, I am in the same position as a man who needs badly to relieve himself and has no pot to catch the stream.

We target distressed sellers and relieve them of their burdensome properties while simultaneously creating a win/win situation for investors and ourselves.

It sounds good to work with a local banker and consider the investment itself rather than a deep dive of my debt to income.  

The work included roof replacement, fully insulating the house, fixing the drywall, digging drainage ditches to relieve the hydraulic pressure on the foundation, and jacking up the house to rebuild the foundation.

Regardless, I was very relieved to have had a conversation with such an experienced and caring person.
