If you have a kitchen that has a ton of counter space I'd skip all these methods and just measure.You'll need to remember to add the price of a new sink, fixtures, and plumbing it.There are a few places in richardson off of Central Expressway that will do it installed for mid-$20s.

They have a huge service department in Boston and they track each and every repair on all appliance types and brands and keep it updated so you can get a real feel for the best choices.For those folks who have small STRs with limited space, the LG Washtower could be a good solution for installations where you can't vent the dryer and have a small area.It wouldn't be for a larger place like ours but for a 1 or 2 bedroom place, it could be a good solution if you don't currently have a washer/dryer.https://blog.yaleappliance.com/lg-compact-washtower-review?

There is 2 VERY different ways people are going about these sub2's today that make it impossible to say anything on sub2 without defining which one is doing; the "shady-as-hell" popularized trending way, or the well capitalized, professional, trying not to do things shady AND ready to make things right if anything blows back way, which let's be honest maybe 5% of those in the space practice today.

If they are not responding they might not know how to dig out of a perceived hole with the landlord.If their business is no longer viable then maybe trying to get a payment for settlement in full.When tenants mom and pop try to go out in retail centers the goal is to try to collect enough to cover attorney fees for an (offer in compromise).If it was flex space they likely had little money.
