Lack of social security in older age.

A document that you accidentally sign personally, and not as a member of an LLC, a personal social media post, etc, can all be grounds to move to you anyways.  

I don't mean to ramble, but just wondering if any of you experienced buyers ever reach out to sellers directly though social media or email to "do some research" 

Regarding appliances, I had to personally drive 5 hours to get the refrigerator my wife wanted, and our range only made it thank to my wife's social media presence and one of her followers from across the country helping us by ordering it (it was only available for local delivery) and repackaging it for Fedex freight across the US.  

That's how the algorithms on social media work.

If you need more access to capital, I recommend documenting your journey via a blog, social media, youtube, etc.

If not, it may be something to investigate.Create some ads and send them to Realtors, advertise on social media, advertise homes you’ve staged.  

Over the past 4-6 weeks, I’ve seen many local Realtors make posts on social media groups similar to, “Did activity for anyone else’s listings seem slower than usual over the weekend?”
