You are not selling off those slips, unless I misunderstand your plan, and leasing slips is common.  

Don't misunderstand, a Ferrari is not an investment in the sense that an STR is. 

I thought I'd clarify a misunderstanding some of you seem to be prescribing to---the 203k is not credit score based (when you manually underwrite---such is true only when are going AU)...Regards,Scott Miller

How tough should you be on doing contracts and insuring protection against misunderstandings, lawyer supervision, etc? 

Anyone doing subsequent deals with us, or those not enrolled would need to pay for evaluations, but it is not $800.I can outline what DHM does and address some of the common misunderstandings people have about us here.
