After more research into the MA Oxford house program, found out that MA doesn't have the Oxford program integrated into the State.

But my background and experience is in Business Development, and Marketing Strategy in close integration with sales, so I figure I at least have some transferable skills that'll allow me to make the most out of property as an asset class.

Any issues I should be aware of with the integrity or accuracy of the data?

My out-of-state clients (most of them from California) are successfully purchasing rentals here that meet the 1% rule and have steady cash flow.

Out here in CA I'm always interested in seeing the cost differential between our vertically integrated developer clients, and a retail build-out developer clients.

VRBO integration is 🚮, taxes are constantly incorrect, channel commission wrong.
