As long as the money borrowed is used to purchase the property, the lender is forbidden from obtaining a default judgment for any losses.As for dealing with the previous seller Patrick, if you disclose your intent to keep the loan in their name for an unlimited period of time, there's really nothing they can do.

At the time of construction the town sewer hadn't been extended to the neighborhood the property is found but now has one right in front of it.

They have now stopped repling to our commications since I told them that they would not have the option of extending their lease at the end of the six month term [option to extend was contingent on 6 on time monthly payments].

(My company has it’s general liability insurance, of course.)So, this is a temporary arrangement, at least for now.He will charge a fee to pull permits and to do periodic inspections to make sure my subcontractors are doing quality work but I will be project managing the entire job and handling all components of the renovation from design, floor plans, estimating, purchasing, hiring and overseeing the subcontractors, etc.The general contractor and I are regrouping next week to discuss what he would like to charge and I just want to get some feedback from you experts before we meet.

At the end of the 14 day period it would be my choice to fix the door and charge him or to take other measures.When i asked her if she would send me a copy of the noncompliance letter to the tenant, she said she wouldnt do that unless this goes to court.

You always have the option of walking away.My recommended course of action is that you extend the contract so that you get YOUR OWN hvac guy can get out to take a look.Your hvac guy won't mind the quick and easy job of diagnosis, give him an hour or two of work, have him write up a lightly padded repair estimate and hand that over to the seller and ask for that amount to be credited.
