@Isaac AgbolosooGood morning Isaac,I agree with you, sounds like mike is very well educated about Detroit’s market, and I enjoyed reading all the great information he provided.

My wife and I really enjoyed listening to this interview.

Even though I am 62, I hope to have a few years of actual retirement doing the things that are enjoyable and being relaxed with some saved money and investments still providing me with money.I know alot of this is probably hard to believe but my attempt is to inform you not feeling too shocked at what I said and wanting to be believed. 

Something to consider.MarkWe cant see ourselves living anywhere else in this political climate as we are a minority and we enjoy the diversity and the openness of California but it does come with a price I guess.  

I have been lurking on this site for a couple of years and have enjoyed reading the various posts and listening to the podcasts, along with reading books and researching online. 

In the end, all your profits will go to the lawyer and you still may not have the end result you want.But your post indicates that you like the hands off approach that these units have brought you so far and that you really enjoy being passive in your investments (who doesn't???). 

I'm there already and want to start using and enjoying some of this money.
