We have the time now to recover some money from using other methods without distracting from building the business towards a solely fix and flip model.

One of the biggest killers in this business is distraction.

You know what i've found to help "distract" from custom fonts and helps them look more hand written...putting some sort of decorative stamp or sticker in the lower left corner.  

Put aside (1) hour each day devoted to thinking (no distractions, phones, computers or people allowed). 

What I love is that the market with the best score takes into account all the different sections and you don't just allow one area to grab your attention...let's just say I'm easily distracted :)1) I would love to know where you find all this information.  

The name doesn't show at bottom.December is usually very busy and hectic due to the holiday -- travel, visiting, outdoor retail buying activities, movies and other distractions etc..

My head tends to go a little into overload when I try to pour to much info in, I tend to get all distracted with what feels like 1 million thoughts a minute...  

I say the HELOC is a red herring, because it is a distraction from the real reason mortgage acceleration works.
