We offer multiple services that our competitors do not.

I imagine a case when I have some competitors who bought theirs at a discounted price or they could just have a much cheaper property.

I try not to reduce my pricing too drastically, even with saturation from competitors.

Even worse, lots of competitors are true vacation rental investors whose motivation is offsetting their regular travel expenses with some additional income.

My last project I used Home Depot - competitive pricing - had them in stock - but certainly it depends the price point of your flip - Over that 500,000 K Price range you may have to step up a notch - if you go window specialty stores get many quotes - a lot of guys will price match their competitors.    

We have been using RTM's in the Philippines for most of the data entry but the more we grow it just doesn't seem efficient and there is still a big risk for the human error of manually entering data and most of their work could be eliminated with Sage Intacct or Oracle New Suite but AppFolio is not an open API and they told us they aren't interested in letting us pay for the integration to be developed as they look at them as competitors- which just makes no sense to me.

I do understand that we are competitors in the industry, but this does seem like a personal attack as you did not bring up any other TK company other than my own on your posts.
