I admit a lot of the things made sense but to tell someone that it is illegal for my tenants to put dirty clothes on a basement floor..........

We suspect foreign objects (feminine products, q-tips, makeup remover cloths, etc.) may have been flushed. 

I also have a biker style clothing company called Joshua Tree Sun which has connected me with tons of LA fashion people and JT transplants who are very much on the "in" as far as whats coming down the pike in JT.

There’s actually a laundromat right across the street but the machines are cheaper and offer a convenience factor of not having to sit around and wait while the clothes wash.

cloth is usually better than leather
