Another person is interested and has the money but the owner and broker want me to have the company because I am young and extremely enthusiastic(their words). 

A hotel/casino owner in Las Vegas got word that one of his front desk employees was treating some folks poorly.

It happens for those who are history enthusiasts and find out that some historical figure once lived in the house.

You don't really have many choices with the small balance stuff.The small banks are the ones wanting that product so they do not compete much on terms by choice.It's kind of like casinos.

But I imagine if you kept it up with other enthusiastic folks, you'd derive the intended benefit of a positive cycle of encouragement.

Banks want to minimize their risk, so if you show them that you are successful at the landlording thing, they will enthusiastically lend to you for 2, 3, 4 properties thereafter.

First question is they are in the uncasville ,CT area down by Mohegan sun casino very touristy area , does anyone have any knowledge about that area and renters ?

@Sourabh Bora My partner and I did some deep research on Norwich and are concerned about the casino opening in Springfield, MA and a third likely one somewhere in Central-Northern CT.  

My advice would be if I was to invest in MS gulf coast (which in the future I do plan on) I would invest in Biloxi (where all the casinos are, minor league baseball team, two of the largest car shows in the nation are held, and huge spot for MS schools and college spring break).

I am hoping these skills will be valuable in building my relationships locally with other real estate enthusiasts and managing my RE portfolio.
