I asked for some $$ off for inspection and passed the savings on to Kyle.Kyle W is a smart dude, has multiple money sources, knows rehab very well, and has a few deals under his belt already and I KNOW he will be a great success (hell, already is).

(there are so many I want to know what YOU used and what has giving you the most information)I want to know what I should do everyday to help close a deal at the end of the summer, I have money to work with and have a rental already under my belt, but I would love for either advice, a program, something to head me in the right direction to close a deal in 2-3 months.

With the influx of novice flippers coming into the market (I consider myself one also even though I have 2 under my belt btw) there sure are a lot of properties around my way going for 10k, 15k even 20k more than I would have ever paid for.

I'm familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Variable Air Volume (VAV) dampers that moderate the air volume in each space with multi-speed (actually VFD) motors for the blowers and dampers that are solenoid controlled, but the systems I'm familiar with are way too expensive for the average home.

The ice sidelined three blowers from our snow removal service {I think someone was using regular 5/16" bolts and not shear pins} and put them hopelessly behind on snow removal ... to the point where we had to bring in someone else to get the job done.
