Some cities are pretty anti-ADU at this point. 

Much like the anti-student vibe I see locally it may not be about wording but re-casting the discussion around behavior and expectations.

So much of the programming is anti-family, anti-Christian and sucks up time and thinking power.    

I've heard various sources say it was an anti brothel law, and others say it was anti fraternity housing in residential neighborhoods.

Your loss, my gain. 1. folks here in BP like to say we should follow the law rigorously2. the lawmakers and the politician make the law3. recently, laws are created to protect criminals .... lol that's why I no longer want to add rental property.The west coast, east coast, and north coast are all the same, the gov. is moving to anti-landlord.from squatter to eviction law, they're all anti LL.

I actually thought at first that you might be posting this post as an anti-landlord/ Investor trolling, but then seen  you had a number of other post so I ruled that option out.

They seem to be the trend setter for anti-landlord legislation in WA. 

There are deals in each of those locations and they aren't burdened with the taxes and anti -landlord of either coast. 

It’s a shame that the anti capitalists got hold of control of our education system, and as a result we are producing people with an inability to identify a viable business program from a non viable one.
