We are conducting a survey to understand the perspectives and preferences of both property owners, investors and renters regarding rent-to-own agreements.

Here's my list on top of the obvious request for all current lease agreements.  

I can more see it being legal if it was only applied to future lease agreements and not existing lease agreements.

I'm currently renting it to a family member under the agreement that he moves out in time for us to sell it within the 5 year window so my husband and I will have lived in it as a primary residence for 2 of the last 5 years (we moved up to WA a year and a half ago).

as a wholesaler, when you get a verbal agreement on final price with a listing agent do i send my purhcase and sale agreement to the listing agent so he can submit it to the seller. or what comes after the verbal agreement part.Does he/she walk over the seller what the terms on my agreements are?

I have been threatened multiple times by someone that does not like the agreement he made to sell me a property (sellers remorse but it occurred 2 years after I acquired the property - or at least that is when he first communicated it to me (I told him I did not have a Time Machine). 

Review their management agreement.

Hi Sridhar, Check your agreement for any clauses that relate to the condition in which the tenant must keep the property and their responsibilities regarding showings.

However, there is a significant risk factor here due to the "due on sale" clause found in most mortgage agreements.
