On the Southside of the clubhouse, they built 4 1bed/1 bath units with one having direct access to the clubhouse for an on-site manager's quarters.  2 were designed for Porters and 1 was envisioned for rental to unit owners that needed additional space for visitors.  

We had a record year of visitors to Rocky Mountain National Park and the STR thing was catching massive steam.

It's at 8pm in Boynton Beach, first time visitors can attend free.  

I was thinking about attending the meeting next month as a visitor, but didn't find the website very helpful to discern what actually goes on at the monthly meetings.

You gotta factor in lifestyle, and how they would treat the place, smoking vs. nonsmokers... visitors...etc..   

Legal liability of heavy 'visitor' traffic in a residentially zoned area.Do as you please; I'm not effected by your choices and only thought you would appreciate another view.

Mine strictly forbids visitors after x days and allowing someone to live there who isn't on the lease is grounds for eviction.

This could be a maybe for me, but I would check with your insurance company to see if you might be held liable for a visitor getting injured in the pool. 

With warm weather and longer days, visitors flock to the region to enjoy the many outdoor activities available, such as hiking, fishing, kayaking, and swimming.
