Some states and provinces have greater privacy and keep the information in a private database.

My understanding is, any entity doing business outside the state it is formed in would need to register that entity in the state it intends to do business in and there are no states that will give you complete privacy to the public, that is not what the entities are intended for.

I’d be interested in a small multi-family to house hack for a first investment, but the Mrs. would be interested in something with privacy, such as a side by side duplex with a yard.
