Lots of properties are being renovated by investors, the area is cough cough changing color, all in all, the area is losing its slum feel that you still find on the north side of Jackson.I don't see why rents will go down as it directly addresses the problem that was identified in all North American cities 15-20 years ago which is that at night city centers are void of anyone, so crime and the homeless move in.
