Yes, I agree, the barrier of entry is fairly low but thats how free-market economies and democracy is supposed to work, least amount of restrictions needed so that people can pursue their betterment of self, vs socialist autocracy where near to none are allowed to elevate self unless graced by some nearly unattainable authorization. 

The outlying areas are your best bet for better returns and elevated Cap Rates.

We will just have to see if we can get used to the elevation and snow.

And don't get me started on how every time I'm in the elevator in public housing I have to step over the puddle of urine and hold my breath for 19 floors.
