I would think that it can based on what you describe.Personally, I would use the quickbooks desktop version.

@Coleman Maher I use YourPorter from my desktop browser with no problems.  

Google Drive is an awesome tool for keeping documents organized as it syncs across multiple devices and those files can also be stored locally on your laptop/desktop for more easy access.

Ideally she needs an android or ios app with cloud sync to desktop that would allow her to enter her daily expenses and also register contacts, appointments, register by value potentials, register confirmed deals with expected pay out dates and therefore be able to run reports and track her expected payouts against the dreaded known expenses (rent, mortgage, medical etc).

They did an desktop appraisal and it came in 100k less than I needed it to.

I can definitively say that the cities (PC and PCB) are NOT trying to close weekly and daily rental options. 

This feature happens to be one of those - works great in some browsers, and not in others.Try another browser (you might have to use a PC for that) and see how it goes.
