I am a Property Manager in the District of Columbia and have an issue with a tenant not properly disposing of trash correctly.

I'm a recent graduate (22 yrs old) of Columbia University in NYC with a B.A. in Financial Economics.

We've connected on a few apartment complexes in Upstate SC and Columbia, but none yet in NC.Like @Ryan Daigle, we use Michael Blank's SDA and I actually found my partners through his network. 

I'd really like to get some opinions/insight on the Avenues market in general as well as an outlook on the West Columbia market as a whole.

I guess I should have mentioned I am Canadian, currently located in British Columbia. 

I am looking for a reputable turnkey company in Augusta, GA and Columbia, SC my research has only led me to property managers that don't sell turnkey properties.Can anyone suggest a reputable turnkey company in the areas above? 

I also believe military members should be able to find a suitable place to live and maybe this rule helps them, but for example, I'm going to a career course in Columbia South Carolina in a year or so for a 6 month PCS move school.

I think based on the demographic data end the economic indicators for the area, the Anne Arundel Mills Mall area including the Ellicott City, Sykes-ville, Columbia, etc.
