I earned good money over the years doing what I'm good at doing, living below my means and investing the rest intelligently (in my case, the stock market, and I was a homeowner for half my life).

Thank you for talking about passive investors I just finished reading The Intelligent Investor and learning how to get in the mind frame of a passive investor especially when the market fluctuates is going to be very important I know I will be able to convince and show them the benefits of investing with me.

This feed makes me appreciate BiggerPockets and this intelligent community.

It is interesting how many people with debt on their portfolio look forward to the financial freedom of no debt, while the people with no debt are trying to figure out how to intelligently use debt!!

Do not create artificial turnover.

if someone gets a large sum of money quickly, they really need the financial intelligence to back it up.
