I have read: The Book on Managing Rental Properties, The Book on Investing In Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down, The Book on Rental Property Investing, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and have purchased The Four Hour Work Week and The E-Myth.

I plan on reading The 10X Rule and 4 Hour Work Week next!

But my interest in real estate came about after reading books such as "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and "The Four Hour Work Week".

I have read numerous books that have expanded my thinking and have many more to listen to and read - Finally read "rich dad, poor dad", the millionaire mind, the millionaire real estate investor, 4 hour work week, e-myth, and now I'm in the middle of the one thing (but I plan to re-listen to them all again)I've been in contact with some of the wisest and  most generous people that I have ever "met". 

Lots of work weekly if you do it yourself, but if you have the right location.. could be a great investment.We love to vacation in the Grand Haven, Holland areas.

I know, I know many of the gurus sell you quick no worries and you can get the info out there for FREE but what you don't understand I'm not a full-time investor I work a 40hr work week and if I have someone watching my back while I make $ to support my family I'm good with that…What about the protection of having a business in Nevada vs. in Ohio where I live?

That mixed with some strategies from "the 4 hour work week", like having a personal assistant in India take care of all the phone calls, could be really profitable and more passive.

Or what about the security of having an income that doesn't require you to put in as many hours, as you start to get older and not have the energy to put in long work weeks at someone else's business?
