Hey @Robert Walter, I grew up in Bay City and was a supervisor for Chemical Bank's REO Dept in Midland.

I have one supervisor who is responsible for managing my duties at both companies.So here is my concern - I am concerned that underwriting will consider my second paycheck as a second job, and therefore not include the income b/c I do not have a 1 or 2 year history of that additional income.The house I want to purchase is 500K and I have a 15% down payment saved and I can afford it with my new salary of both companies, but I will not meet the DTI criteria if the additional compensation from promotion is not counted.

I have been an operations Supervisor for over 20 years and I'm tired of going nowhere.  

From my experience in the workplace, I believe I am missing the role definition, the responsibilities of the role, and how those responsibilities are measured.

Finally we think we will decide to go with prosper.com, they will charge 5% points in the loan instead of upfront, but it took us a long time to talk to their supervisor to figure out  their amortization schedule. we thought they have fixed interest rate, but it is a simple interest loan.

I always picture the supervisor guy counting down to zero and then two funders making eye contact and pushing two red buttons at the same time.

Or perhaps I could indeed move to NJ or Long Island and asking for a residential exemption from the workplace.
