Talking with my partner, we started to talk think through worst case scenarios & options we’d have if it doesn’t get rented in several months. 

We spend zero time comparing against other options.  

They are also based in the US so this is a good option for many. 

A little of something is better than a lot of nothing, so if the deal works then I would consider it, especially if no other options

Research financing options like portfolio loans or working with international-friendly banks.

This will open up your options a lot more. 

Another option is moving out of your place and doing a house hack.
