Austin is a unique beast in itself, and many property owners have an overly inflated perception of their property's value.When I flipped a property in Austin, I sourced it through a New Western agent.

The challenge is, I’m not familiar with the local market—or the Mississippi market in general.Does anyone have insight into the market in this area or know of investors interested in properties in western Mississippi?

And then if that does not work it goes on loop net or coast star..

The severe housing shortage is increasing housing density from coast to coast.

I am considering putting an offer on a 2 acre empty lot, in a sloped wooden area in Western North Carolina.

I would recommend networking with Brokers in the markets you like to get more deal flow I have looked at emerald coast.  

Because out our way at least on the left coast 99% of all listings sell at list price ..
