I don't know how much you are willing to do personally to recover your money, but it seems like Scott does still care about people hurting his online image (Zero Star ratings on his podcast and book on Amazon, Complaints with BBB, rip off report etc. )  And about not getting reported to the SEC, State Securities Board, etc, so you might try to work those angles in addition to the ones you mentioned.

In many fields AI is incredibly inefficient compared to more direct simulations (for instance structural engineering).It works well with images and words because there is lots and lots of data on the internet.Humans have two advantages over robots one is their versatility, the second is their energy efficiency. 

Video tours, photos, Google map images don't show a lot of things.  

Weddings are an experience, funerals are all experience based, going to the movies, parks, surfing, sky diving, on and on and on EXPERIENCE is what people universally value and will pay for.
