The park owner will want a bullet proof guarantee that the home will look great when completed and you will be on the hook for the space rent as negotiated until it sells.

It sounds like you are guaranteeing the loan, but besides that the responsibilities don't appear to be that different from when you were coaching for a $5K fee.

Most people don't qualify for that relationship.The seller financing will not show up or affect the credit score.However, when applying for a loan at the bank or especially a Federally Guaranteed loan, they ask on the application for ALL Loans, whether  or not it shows on a credit report.
