Waitress? 

I do not endorse or suggest any other course but his....like I said I have seen them all because I am a constant student and I have yet to see anything better...Ultimately, do not be a professional student or like a college grad who spent 4 years getting a degree to only wind up a waiter or waitress, because you do not apply what you learned.

.  $$ is really inconsequential in what I do.EDIT:  A lotta you guys remind me of the waiters, waitresses who complain that they aren't paid a minimum wage... but then a law is passed that forces restaurants to pay them a living wage, they FIGHT AGAINST IT!!

Give pencils to 3-6 grade teachers and pens to waitresses in your target market.

If it does buy 2.as an example I never tip a waitress or waiter.

If you approach people, like a waitress for example, she and her husband work and would like a home, but they might be first timers.

Idiot #4: This lady refuses to tell me her income, even though I asked three times, because she told me she lost her apartment because she couldn't afford it on a Denny's waitress wage.

Not saying you don't screen tenants based on legitimate and legal qualifications, but I'll take any stripper, hair stylist, waitress etc... with a good set of verifiable rental references over just a blanket policy.
