Vacationers who want to drink beer and play music at midnight doesn't mix well with people who need to get up and go to work. 

Is it owner/occupants, is it rentals, vacationers, AirBnB, professionals, blue collar, and does this fit with your lifestyle.

Typically the owners charge the vacationers the cleaning fee and it seems like no matter how long a guest stays the fee $150 to $200. 

The property is tenant occupied at the moment, however, I would like the tenant to vacate the property once the lease is up - this is because it is a 12 month tenant and the property has a lot more cash flow potential if it is rented out to vacationers during the peak summer months rather than all year long to the same person.

I would think that the "sleeps 23" house is simply too big for today's vacationers, who are trying to have a little getaway without exposing themselves to more germs.   

IMO, condos and townhomes are hard to make stand out from each other and there are a ton of them online for vacationers to look at.
