I have a quitclaim deed drawn up right now and am waiting to sign it to transfer the deed out of my name and into the LLC.

@Brandon UprightIt is the privacy laws, not the real estate laws which make it more challenging to systematically find absentee owners.  

But it sounds like it's a minor issue and I'd just have a plumber lined up right now to get out there the day or day after you close.  

If the department is any good the house will still be standing after they light it up right?

Also I can speak to my own personal experience when My wife was sued, my attorney says don't worry you set everything up right once they realize their is nothing they can get they will drop the suit.

I live in central Florida and a foreclosure has popped up right in my neighborhood.

Many of the rules are being made up right now and there isn't case law about them-Technology - It's hard to make things work for a reasonable price such that you don't have to charge large fees to feed the machine-Marketing - It takes hard work to attract people to your funding platform-Deals/Real Estate - It is hard to pick great projects without inside information or a lot of deals to select from.
