I guess VRBO is just being more aggressive on their policing of such shady practices.You just must have gotten caught up in it.

And keep in mind; getting sold and getting informed are 2 very different things.

Keep in mind of the I/O(payments/period) and game plan on how fast you'd like to pay it down. 

I have a few areas in mind that would appreciate nicely as well in the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe areas. 

In fact, I recently wrapped up a <single family> BRRR (minus the "Refi" part).

I have sold some properties years ago on lease options where the tenant buyers actually exercise their right and purchased the property. ( I was in the deed.)The reason I am concerned to tie another person’s property up  with the lease option is that people can change their mind, as in the seller.
