Short-term rental owners will soon be required to register their properties with the city to stay in business in Scottsdale.Armed with a recently enacted state law, Council unanimously amended the city’s vacation rental code to require owners to obtain a $250 local license annually beginning Jan. 8.They will have to register their name, address, phone number and email address for the owner or owner’s agent, the rental’s address and proof of compliance with transaction privilege tax license requirements.

Do you need majority or unanimous approval for various circumstances? 

Seems pretty unanimous so far that this isn't a great cashflowing property, thank you all for the feedback.

@John P.Hey John, to my understanding the main reason TICs are not common for syndication 1031s is because there must be unanimous consent between all investors to sell, refinance, leasing, management hiring, and basically all executive decisions.

I'll assume that for now, but if you'd have to have unanimous agreement, that would be a big point in favor of selling.
