You can find some absolute MTR gems near smaller hospitals that aren't so obvious but ultimately, housing supply in the area is something I'd say is more important coupled with your amenities.

You'd pay off your house more quickly, have more liquidity along the way, and ultimately end up in a superior financial position.Interesting strategy and best wishes.That's the thing that people can never understand.

I'm curious ultimately how man lawsuits will be filed and the circus that will be.I think the rebuild will take minimum of 3 years and many over 5 years.

I envision this portfolio supporting me during my retirement years—though I still plan to work, just in a different capacity than I do today.I recently finished reading "How to Invest in Real Estate: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide" by Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner, which has been incredibly helpful.

I think overall life satisfaction is very important so ultimately have to do what’s best for you.
