So the image of big gouges in your wall for ducts or drier duct size holes you don't have to worry about. 

I was in Lowes, and they have a fairly reasonably priced Whirlpool coin-op washer drier set.  

Granted, you may not be able to reach the peaks of a market like south florida or southern california, phoenix, etc...but at the end of the day you won't be subjected to a huge tumble in property values if the market stumbles...and you would in these areas I just mentioned.  

We did not have a very good pantry, a yellow and red exterior is a bad choice, make sure you have a drier vent, make closets big enough, trim trees to add curb appeal, expand living space if possible.

I am thinking of using one room in the basement as a laundry room, with one washer and one drier. 

MAR shows total inventory down year over year 8.60% and new listings are tumbling down 11.95% YoY!

Clearing was done, road built for well production, before pipes laid company ran out of $$ when oil price tumbled and shale production slowed in U.S.  

Inventory also took a tumble in November compared to 11/2018, 11,142 homes were available for purchase, down 16.92% from 11/2018!!!

The push was giving up on the idea of the "unicorn" deal (perfect in every way) and building intrinsic confidence in myself- the belief that I'm savvy and determined enough to rebound and recover if things don't go as expected....even if they went TERRIBLY, and by sheer grit I wouldn't allow myself to tumble back into poverty.
